Level 1 Certification
This is an “Optional Certification” lesson that will implement everything learned within Level 1. It differs in that I will giving you the prerequisites of what I want done with the artwork. We will go over the “game plan” with clear instructions with what I want you to achieve.
You’ll then download the art file and put everything we’ve learned into practice. I will show you my finished design and provide my stitch file as well. Please keep in mind, the goal is not to make your design look exactly like mine; your goal should be to make it better! This design is all about artistic interpretation and creativity.
Once you’re done you will upload your finished file and I will personally critique the file. Visual effect is only part of what I will be looking for; my main concerns will be ensuring that it is a machine friendly design that has been logically mapped.
Although this video is only a few minutes in length, I want to be clear that this is a very challenging lesson which will require many hours of your time. Please keep in mind that you do not have to complete this certification lesson to move onto Level 2.
