John Deer has been the most awarded embroidery digitizer in the world for over 20 years now. As a 4th generation embroiderer, John oversaw and successfully ran one of his family’s two commercial embroidery factories from the age of 22 – 29. At the height of his family’s production success (before large scale manufacturing began moving offshore in the mid-1990s), John’s family’s factories operated 6 Schiffli Looms, 136 multi-heads, and had 54 employees. During this time frame, they were voted one of the top 100 volume embroidery manufacturers in North America producing millions of embroidered goods per year.

Alnoor is one of North America’s most knowledgeable embroidery machine technicians with over 40 years of experience in the textile and sewing industry. He trained at Pfaff in Germany, at Aisin (Toyota), Tajima in Japan, and ZSK Germany. He has also attended Groz-Beckert Academy in Germany. For 16 years (1986-2002) Alnoor was a Service Manager and Technical VP for Sew Canada Industries and today owns and runs Twiga Industries, a distributor for ZSK embroidery machines and other embroidery products in Canada.
